Business Opportunity Exemption Registration in Kentucky. There is an exemption under Kentucky business opportunity law for franchises that meet the definition of a franchise under the FTC Franchise Rule and that file for the exemption in Kentucky. Kentucky Revised Statutes 367.807(1)(a).
